Free May Affirmations and a share...

Hi Everyone!

I'm so excited that it's the first day of May! The torrential rain has passed and the sun shines brightly over PA today.  I've written a few affirmations especially for you with the help of my guides and I hope you will enjoy using them as much as I enjoy sharing them with you.  Feel free to put them on your desktop, or print them and place wherever you can see and say them out loud throughout your day.  Pick one or more to use as you need.  Saying them aloud gives your intention voice and reaffirms your desire from your heart space.  It's best to use the one(s) you are drawn to as that is the one best for you at this moment. As always, these are suggestions and I encourage you to create your own to use if you feel the need to.

Update:  The new website is going to be up soon.  In the meantime, if you would like to book a session, visit my Six Sensory Being page on facebook and click on the scheduler. You can also contact me at sixsensorybeing@gmail.com.

A share...

When I was around 4 years old, we moved from a city environment to my grandmother's house which had beautiful outdoor spaces to play, explore, and experience a more natural setting.  This really set my young imagination free and I began having "imaginary" animal playmates. The most frequent were the wild ponies, the lone wolf, and a variety of wild cats and exotic birds. This began my love for animals and their wisdom. Later, as an adult, I realized that these were animal spirits sharing valuable information with me about love, wisdom, and their world. Throughout my life they have shown up to heal, guide and support me.  The wild ponies show up to urge me to break free of what is harmful to me or doesn't serve my life purpose and to release any habits, thoughts, ancestral or past life patterns that hold me back.  The lone wolf gives me courage, strength and a vigilant and keen awareness.  The wild cats appeal to my restless spirit and encourage me to learn, question, wonder, and explore.  The birds encourage me to enjoy the seasons, pay attention to my own navigational system- my intuition- and to voice the song of my soul.

These types of experiences are common among children and are sometimes ignored by adults.
Imagination is the first step to acknowledging and receiving your guides and intuition from your higher self into your life. Their help is always positive, gentle and helpful. It's never to late to open your imagination, acknowledge your intuition and align yourself with loving and kind energy of the light.

When you open up your heart space to imagination and guidance, it makes room for so many new ideas, experiences, and new people to help you learn and grow. Recently, when I let go of all the harmful people and experiences in my life, I gained new insight, exciting new opportunities and new friends to enjoy.  Doors that had been closed in the past now begin to open and divine wisdom and timing have given me new insight and help  along my path of service.

Enjoy the upcoming weekend, your affirmations and remember to take time to...Imagine, let go, and lead with your intuition!

Love, love, love your life, your gifts, and the chance to begin again, every day.

Are you daydreaming?

I urge you to take a little time to daydream. Some of my best daydreams come to me when I'm cooking, cleaning, sitting in front of a window on a rainy day.  I spend the first few moments of my morning outside on my porch with my coffee or tea watching the trees sway in the breeze while tuned into Mark Watson's beautiful angelic melodies. When the mind is able to daydream, the body relaxes and your guidance, imagination and ideas will drop into your awareness.  With time and practice, this can be an incredibly powerful way for you to free up the physical, mental, and emotional bodies and allow spirit, imagination, creativity and new ideas into your awareness.

Practice daydreaming when you're alone and feel it's safe to let go and relax. Begin by sitting comfortably with feet flat on the floor (or lay down) whatever you feel you need to do in the moment and take a few gentle deep breaths to release tension in the body and allow your mind to relax. Acknowledge the random thoughts that will come up and allow them to pass as will adjustments in the body, like coughing, itching, or whatever comes up.  This is a way for your body to release energy and tension. If you have to move or adjust, it's okay, go ahead and do it.  Look around the room and  notice where you are in present time.  Close your eyes and sit in this quiet space of  awarenes with no expectation, just be.  If you feel the desire to listen to music or a guided meditation during this time than do it.

You will find that when you make a habit of daydreaming, your life will be back in the flow of your divine spirit, and any difficulties that you have will be overcome much more quickly.  New solutions will come, you will feel more peaceful, and joy will make it's way back into your life.

Daydreaming really is the key to solving complex problems.

Enjoy your daydream,
