Embrace the flow of Spring...

First Blooms of Spring.SixSensoryBeing.com All rights reserved.

Spring is a beautiful gift of cool breezes, warm sunshine, rain showers, and new beginnings.  It's the time that our work, dreams, and relationships grow in wonderful and surprising ways as we shed the cold winter months.

I encourage you to embrace the flow of the season by cleansing your home, office, and physical body with the fragrant scents the Earth provides for us.  You may feel like drinking in the colors you see in nature, plant flowers and seeds for a garden outside or in a small planter.  You may want to re-evaluate any exchanges of energy in your life to see if they are balanced and let go of what is keeping you from staying on your spiritual and life paths.  Consider supporting your chakra system with natural food as much as you can.  Your physical body will  also respond well with any gentle changes you are being guided to make.

It's a time to benefit from movement, to remove rigid thinking, encourage creativity and to reconnect to the array of divine helpers who welcome us and help us to serve and grow in our lives in the physical world and on the other side.

I hope you will embrace the magical energies of  Spring and allow them to flow through your life, bringing you joy, high vibrations and a fresh perspective.

Have a peaceful Easter weekend.

Fabulous Five Sure Fire ways to...

It's time to bring in some fresh ideas and awareness. Here are five fabulous ways to call in your divine spirit.  These activities can also gently call in your guides, helpers, angels, and ascended masters.  They will also prepare your physical, emotional, and mental bodies to receive awareness, ideas, guidance and any information that you may be searching for.

Start with....

1.Your breath...Breathe in deeply, exhale gently saying ha.  Do this until you feel at ease and peaceful.

2. Listen to music that is angel friendly with beautiful melodies.

3. Dance as if no one is looking.  Nothing fancy, just move and stretch.  The more you move joyfully, the better the outcome will be. Exercises such as walking, yoga, pilates, running, etc. can also help you gain clarity and guidance.

4. Create!  It doesn't matter the skill or the project. Get creative. Cook, paint, write, build, knit, whatever releases that since of joy and creativity in your being.

5. Nature is awesome! Take a walk outside and enjoy your view.  Garden. Visit the forest, arboretum, ocean, mountain range, river or whatever is near you.  Reconnect with the natural world and really concentrate on how the trees, plants and animals behave, feel and interact with you and every other living thing.

I invite you to do one or all as often as you are able. Journal each and every feeling and experience so that you can keep track of your beautiful six sensory life. Allow the new awareness to just fall into your being, no matter how subtle.

That's it!

Invite your spirit back home...

sixsensorybeing blogspot
Knit caps made for Craft Hope Project #21 Rally for Roma
One of the ways I invite my spirit back home during a stressful day is to knit or crochet for charity.   Creative activities are a wonderful way to call back your spirit and allow you to enjoy a fully balanced six sensory life. Keep it all simple and stress free.

I enthusiastically encourage you to make it a point to enjoy your beautiful six sensory life as you explore your creativity.

Dance, sing, repeat and bring your spirit home.
