Stay connected...
![]() |
| Shadows don't have to be scarey. We can face our fears, anxieties and any shadows that we may be experiencing with our breath. I am inviting you to close your eyes, and breathe deeply and gently now, all the way to your belly. Release the air slowly and gently...and as you do release your fears, anxieties and worries through your breath, know that you are reconnecting with the divine creator who will help you put your life back into balance and wholeness. I encourage you to know and accept that your physical, mental and emotional bodies are now being healed through this beautiful and loving connection...Breathe in,you are safe...breathe out,you are loved. Weekend Reading...
Wow! This week went by so quickly.
I joyfully invite you to read, study, and experience your six sensory life with an informative weekend read. Here are two books that are sure to inspire you.
First up:
A helpful book by Lynn Lloyd, M.A. Ed. for those who are exploring their mediumship abilities and would like a good basic foundation to work from will find useful information and will want to keep it in your six sensory library and share it with others. Check out Mediumship Made Simple, A Step by Step Guide To Communicating With Spirit. Enjoy this easy to read weekend goodie.
My next pick is Deborah King's new book, Entangled in Darkness:Seeking the Light. I've enjoyed her workshops and have a great respect for her generosity, compassion and her ability to teach many valuable spiritual truths in a straightforward manner. She addresses the subject of looking into your soul and discovering your true mission here in this lifetime. It's a deep subject to explore, but Deborah has made it understandable for us and shares many of her own experiences as a healer and spiritual teacher in this book. If you are a healer, this book will be of great help to you.
Please read what you're drawn to explore. There are no accidents.

3 biggest lessons...
I invite you to consider what will possibly be your three biggest lessons while you're here in the physical world.
Claim your gifts.
Accept them and yourself no matter what others may think, say or do.
Use these divine gifts to heal the planet in your own unique and exceptional way.
This has been a little pep talk today for all the dear, gentle six sensory people who may be feeling lonely, criticized or confused today.
From my heart to yours...
Margaret-Elizabeth (feeling the loving energy and support of the Blessed Mother helping me with this post today)
May the Blessed Mother's gentle and loving energy surround and protect you. May she help you avoid harsh conversations, situations and feelings.

Meet me on the corner of intention and enthusiasm.
Whatever your six sensory calling may be helping others, it is equally important to set the intention for healing. Your enthusiasm for your abilities and the loving guidance of the holy spirit will spill over into your session allowing others to feel comfortable. They will become more receptive to the message and healing.
I encourage you to set an intention using your own words for your day - every day!- for the next few weeks. You may find it enlightening to journal your experiences, opportunities, and new ideas that show up in your life. This will be your very own written account of all your observations and
experiences over time. You will discover the subtle ways your life is
improving and how you are lovingly being guided by the holy spirit and your
higher self. Trust what you are experiencing and enjoy the
process.
My hope is that you will joyfully begin your week with confidence and allow your beautiful spirit to soar.
Meet me on the corner of intention and enthusiasm! I'll be the one with a can do attitude and a big smile knowing that you read this blog.
Thanks for stopping by.
Margaret

Wednesday Word: Green
We all need to heal our hearts this week in light of the events that have happened.
Green is associated with the heart chakra.
Breathe in the color green.
