Lucid Dream Week
| Lucid Dream Angels associated with this card are Archangels Zadkiel, Raziel, Raguel and Uriel. |
This morning, I was drawn to pulling a card for you, the reader, from the Angel Dreams Oracle Cards Deck by Doreen Virtue & Melissa Virtue for you, the reader, and to celebrate the Dream Interpretation Session that I'm now offering.
This is the perfect card for this week as it offers the beautiful symbol of butterflies being released gladly for transformation and opportunity. Because you have inner wisdom, this is an effortless release of what no longer serves you along your path. You are aware that the release allows the new energy of further abundance and new opportunity to now come into your life.
The color blue, is associated with trustworthy communication. The white and golden light of the divine forces are present to give you the love and support that is needed at this time. There are choices, yes, but the outcome is postive because you have chosen to accept and trust your six sensory connection to the divine. You are supported and always connected to source no matter what occurs in your life and your path is being lit to dispel any fears and doubts that may have held you back previously. You can move forward now with confidence. You know that you are completely supported and only need to ask to receive the help you need. It will help you to acknowledge that you are a powerful light worker and the world needs your radiant love. Keep your focus on service to overcome your ego's attempt to say otherwise.
I invite you to consider paying close attention to your dreams now more than ever. If you're having clear and vivid dreams, also known as lucid dreams, than I encourage you to take note of the colors, symbols, and messages that you're receiving. Acknowledge your own personal symbols when they present themselves for they're keys to mentally understanding the guidance you are receiving. Utilize all of your senses. What do you know, feel, see, hear, smell or taste? Your intuitive insights help you to discover and decipher what is coming forward for you to contemplate. This is a beautiful and powerful part of our six sensory nature as spirit embodied in physical form. Your dreams will present solutions to problems and new opportunity waiting for you if you will only notice the gentle and subtle dream images. Consider asking your dream guide for any help you need before you go to bed tonight and follow up in your journal in the morning and during the day if you receive more insight.
I urge you to be your own psychic detective while you dream tonight and beyond!

Six Sensory Comfort Food
Something wonderful is cooking in the kitchen....
Quick and easy, fresh and tasty...
What could it be?
A holiday weekend is the perfect time to spend time in the kitchen, the garden, or the farmer's market, my six sensory friends. It's so important for us to learn how to ground ourselves by cooking and eating well while sharing the experience with others.
I cooked this quinoa (pronounced "keen-wa")soup rather quickly and easily after a busy schedule today. It's made with a basic quinoa soup mix and fresh organic veggies that we grow ourselves along with a few left overs. Make this delicious soup a vegetarian treat or opt to add chicken or turkey.
Normally, I cook my soup in a pressure cooker or slow cooker, but you can also cook this soup on the stove rather easily and enjoy a gluten free and low-glycemic index food. Just 1/2 cup of quinoa provides 11 grams of complete protein and is a good source of vitamins and minerals. What I like most about this soup is that it's light, yet filling, and makes a nice addition to any spring/summer meal. It fills you up and gives you comfort. Consider cooking some of this comfort soup for a friend or family member that may be going through a difficult time or just needs some extra tender loving care.
Here's how I made it:
I cooked the soup tonight with 5 cups of water, a stalk of celery, 1 onion, left over chicken, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup of green beans, a pinch of sea salt & a dash of pepper, and the quinoa mix. Heat the water to a boil, add all your ingredients, and simmer for about 30 minutes or until you feel it's ready.
Voila!
Did you know? Quinoa is an ancient grain the Inca's referred to as "mother grain".
I encourage you to continue to explore your gifts during the holiday weekend and to journal your feelings and experiences.

I'm thinking of my dad this Memorial Day weekend. He was a WWII veteran (a navigator) who flew in China,Egypt,India & Burma. He was one of the few who returned from flying over the Himalayas.

Meet me on the corner of intention and enthusiasm.
Whatever your six sensory calling may be helping others, it is equally important to set the intention for healing. Your enthusiasm for your abilities and the loving guidance of the holy spirit will spill over into your session allowing others to feel comfortable. They will become more receptive to the message and healing.
I encourage you to set an intention using your own words for your day - every day!- for the next few weeks. You may find it enlightening to journal your experiences, opportunities, and new ideas that show up in your life. This will be your very own written account of all your observations and
experiences over time. You will discover the subtle ways your life is
improving and how you are lovingly being guided by the holy spirit and your
higher self. Trust what you are experiencing and enjoy the
process.
My hope is that you will joyfully begin your week with confidence and allow your beautiful spirit to soar.
Meet me on the corner of intention and enthusiasm! I'll be the one with a can do attitude and a big smile knowing that you read this blog.
Thanks for stopping by.

a share...
A share today...
One day, I had a reading for a very nice woman in much need of a message from her loved one who had recently passed away. I was so honored to have the opportunity and was looking forward to being of service. The night before the reading, our dog, Molly got sick and I was up the rest of the night with her. I managed to get Molly to the vet, with the help of our neighbor, first thing the next morning. We didn't have an emergency vet in the area and my husband was out of town with the car. I had extreme anxiety over this situation and was also concerned about reading for my client later on in the day.
I immediately asked for guidance and assistance. I began to feel calmer in the midst of the situation. We had lost a dog earlier that year with similar symptoms and I was extremely concerned, even with the excellent vet care that we always receive from the staff. Our kind neighbor brought Molly and myself home just in time for the reading.
Spirit came through, the client received a beautiful message and all was well. Why did I worry? Normally, I don't have such a chaotic experience before a reading, but when it occured, I realized the importance of knowing that Spirit would step in and allow me to receive the message, no matter what was going on in my life. Lesson learned! Message delivered!
Please know that the Holy Spirit is there for you no matter what you're facing. Allow yourself to recieve help and take that leap of faith that all will unfold in a loving manner which is good for everyone involved. "Pinkie swear" as we used to say when we were kids.
Have a beautiful six sensory day...begin by knowing you are loved.

Wednesday wonder...
Yesterday morning, I felt this beautiful bird observing me and was lucky enough to have my camera with me. My feeling was that this patient bird in particular, was there to bring the practice of awareness to our attention.
The next time you're outside, I invite you to consider taking a few moments to sense the animals and nature spirits that surround you. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and begin to feel their prescence even before you see, smell or hear them. You may need a little patience and practice in the beginning. Some of you might experience feelings, images, or thoughts. Allow them to come forward in your mind and write, record or draw whatever you experience.
Allow nature to teach you and enjoy the wonder of your six sensory being.
Margaret-Elizabeth
