Time to tune in…

untitled

Are you looking for inspiration on the go? Recently, I’ve been listening to the handy on the go Abraham Hicks Vortex Attraction Guided Meditations App by NY Times best-selling authors Esther and Jerry Hicks.  The app  includes five ideal meditations to keep you healthy and maintain your ability to create and manifest from your sacred space.  Each meditation is about 15 minutes and there are both written and audio versions with explanations on how to use the series of meditations for maximum effect.  I like these meditations because all you do is release, relax and breath while you listen to the gentle guidance and music. Sometimes, I skip over instructions, but you will want to be sure and listen or read over the instructions which are brief and provided for your benefit.  I’m so glad they have made this information available in app form so that I can take it along on trips or anywhere I need to take a few minutes to release stress.
Do you prefer a book/CD form?  No worries, visit Amazon.
Relax, release, repeat as often as needed.
Have a beautiful weekend (and holiday -Memorial Day weekend here in the U.S.) wherever you are!

Take 20!

The sun is out and the breezes are gentle.  It's time to move our 20 minutes of meditation outside!

Lately, I've been taking the dogs over to a small park near our home.  It's a quick and easy trip during the afternoon break and does wonders for the dogs and myself.  Molly and Madison get 20 minutes to romp and play - I get 20 minutes to sit on a bench and meditate.  Sometimes, I've had to move my meditation to the car with the windows down, but either way, it seems to break my old routine and I still get to that sacred space of peace with ease.

Once your intention to take the much needed time of peace is set, it's amazing how much easily you will be able to go about your day.  I call it being on Angel time, which is always the perfect time for us and the perfect place we need to be at the moment. Twenty minutes twice a day, if you can manage it, will change your life by raising your vibrations, help you to tune into your guidance with more ease, and bring you peace.  The time goes by quickly and the more you do it, the easier it becomes to go to your "happy space of grace and peace".

I hope you'll consider your meditation practice in a new place this weekend.  It doesn't have to be in a public space.  I encourage you to begin your meditation adventure anywhere you feel comfortable.
Just begin this step of meditation as it is the key to your health, happiness, and six sensory being.  It's also a nice opportunity to say prayers at this time if you wish, speak to an array of angels, guides,  master teachers, and the Creator. You may want to journal the experience, notice any new awareness throughout your day, and drink water.

Enjoy your weekend in open hearted awareness of your beauty, and gifts.

Meet me on the corner of intention and enthusiasm.

Today, I invite you to consider the idea that, in life, prayer or meditation, and any six sensory endeavor, intention and enthusiasm work hand in hand. They are key to a positive outcome.  In my own life, I've found that one without the other seems difficult to consider.  Many times, I've  dived in with enthusiasm in all areas of my  life. If an intention was not set beforehand in morning meditation, unexpected, and not always welcomed results tended to occur.

Whatever your six sensory calling may be helping others, it is equally important to set the intention for healing.  Your enthusiasm for your abilities and the loving guidance of the holy spirit will spill over into your session allowing others to feel comfortable.  They will become more receptive to the message and healing.

I encourage you to set an intention using your own words for your day - every day!- for the next few weeks.  You may find it enlightening to journal your experiences, opportunities, and new ideas that show up in your life. This will be your very own written account of all your observations and experiences over time. You will discover the subtle ways your life is improving and how you are lovingly being guided by the holy spirit and your higher self.  Trust what you are experiencing and enjoy the process.

My hope is that you will joyfully begin your week with confidence and allow your beautiful spirit to soar.

Meet me on the corner of intention and enthusiasm!  I'll be the one with a can do attitude and a big smile knowing that you read this blog.

Thanks for stopping by.

Margaret

Monday Meditation Muse...

I invite you to enjoy these red tulips from my weekend travels.

Can you visualize the grounding color of red in your minds eye? If not, it's okay.  Allow yourself to just know, and continue. Perhaps you can  feel a slight breeze and smell the grounding earth beneath your feet.  Will you allow yourself to hear birds chirping in the trees and taste the sweet honey of the honey bee?  If so, congratulations, you are experiencing your six sensory abilities...and it's only Monday!  Enjoy the endless possibilities of your abilities and seek out ways to practice them every day.  They are your heavenly gifts.
