As soon as you step outside, imagine all the wonderful possibilities available to you with each new day. Take a selfie while you wait for everyone to join you and giggle at the fact that you even took said selfie.

 
Consider a walk in a natural setting.  These pictures were taken at the Tyler Arboretum today.

 

Release your worries with a long, leisurely walk with the ones you love.

 

 

Contemplate the beauty around you.

 

 

 Experience the vibrant colors, the varied songs of the birds, sweet smells, the warm sun in a cerulean blue sky and a cool breeze on your face.

 

Listen, if you will, to the daffodils singing in the meadow...so happy to usher in the Spring season.

 

Spy a favorite bench.

 

Take a little break, a breath, and feel gratitude for life.

Spring is a beautiful gift of cool breezes, warm sunshine, rain showers, and new beginnings.  It's the time that our work, dreams, and relationships grow in wonderful and surprising ways as we shed the cold winter months.

 

I encourage you to embrace the flow of the season by cleansing your home, office, and physical body with the fragrant scents the Earth provides for us.  You may feel like drinking in the colors you see in nature, plant flowers and seeds for a garden outside or in a small planter.  You may want to re-evaluate any exchanges of energy in your life to see if they are balanced and let go of what is keeping you from staying on your spiritual and life paths.  Consider supporting your chakra system with natural food as much as you can.  Your physical body will  also respond well with any gentle changes you are being guided to make.

 

It's a time to benefit from movement, to remove rigid thinking, encourage creativity and to reconnect to the array of divine helpers who welcome us and help us to serve and grow in our lives in the physical world and on the other side.

 

I hope you will embrace the magical energies of  Spring and allow them to flow through your life, bringing you joy, high vibrations and a fresh perspective.

Incredible light workers...

The incredible thing I love about light workers and angels...

What I've noticed in present time, is the way light workers and angels will always swoop in to assist another light worker who is being harmed or abused in any way. Light workers come in manyshapes, sizes and occupations. Many go about their lives quietly performing incredible deeds of kindness and compassion. You may not know them and they are helping you. We our connected not only by our frequency, but also ancestral ties, past life, future life, and soul groups. You can always feel when another light worker quietly helped you. Their assistance and energy is subtle, yet powerful, as help is given with divine grace. I encourage you to ask the angels and creator, if you need help and they will raise your vibration. Higher vibrations will help you recognize you are not alone. You can also use your frequency and your intuition to recognize those who wish to do you harm or harm your loved ones.

If you are in distress - shine your light.
If you are suffering attacks from an abuser- shine your light.
If you feel oppressed-shine your light.
If you are hopeless, sad, or being manipulated-shine your light.
If you are fearful in any way-shine your light...and if you are unable to, ask for help and it will come.

Your light is your easy pass to higher vibes, help, and serenity. You are a beautiful spirit of light in this physical world and don't you forget it or allow anyone or thing to extinguish your light.

I hope you will go about your day now, with peace in your heart and a smile on your face. This is your gentle reminder that higher vibrations are always available to you. Always.

Oh Baby!

It’s a happy time in our family as we anticipate a new family member.  A close relative is expecting her first child, a boy, and we are super exited.  He will be the first baby boy born on our side of the family since 1951.  I want to share some of what I received as a gift from my guides to be shared with you.  It’s very personal, but when I receive guidance, I always try to acknowledge and honor what is asked of me to the best of my ability.  So here we go!

There are really no adequate words for the beauty and love you may feel and see in regards to the spirit world, so I will do the best I can to bring you into the meditation that I had recently.  I began my daily routine of meditation and quickly moved into an amazing area in spirit filled with light and a sense of calm.  Before me, was my Dad (who assists me in many ways on the other side) and several family members and light beings in a semi circle.  They were giving energy to a lovely ball of light that I have seen many times and recognize as the new baby! I often see these types of light bouncy balls of delight around others to show me that a baby is coming into the family so this was not too unusual for me.  My Dad turned to me as if to say, everything is going to be fine.  It was a vision filled with so much love and joy that tears were streaming down my face as my guide assured me that this is done for each soul coming into the physical world no matter how many times they’ve visited. 

If you're sensitive, you may have felt, heard, or seen the energy of family members who are on the other side, guardians or other angels and ancestors who come forward to usher in the soul.  This is no accident and not imagination.  You may also continue to see colors around the baby as he or she grows. 
I hope this shared experience will bring you peace and joy. Please remember that you are guided and protected, always.

Are you in flow with your gifts?

When we arrived at the cemetery, the sky cleared, the sun came out and it was exactly 11 am. We heard the beautiful chimes of the nearby church clock as we drove through the gate.  We felt that the angels were with us.

Last weekend, I had a chance to follow my gifts of empathic, psychic,mediumship in an unrestricted and ego free flow.  The opportunity of being in a state of energetic flow, unconditional love and acceptance by the many souls that came forward to assist and send loving energy enabled me to gain new insight into myself, the physical world and the ability to acknowledge the healing experience of the spirit world we move into when we leave the physical body.  During the experience, I gained such insight, love, and guidance from the physical and spirit world.  During the experience, Dave, my husband and I were guided along the way and supported by caring people in Philadelphia.

I hope you will consider following the guidance, and accepting the love and assistance of your guides and angels.  It may involve pursuing an unexpected path, stepping out of your comfort zone, or perhaps taking healthy action in regards to what you feel passionate about.  I'd like to thank Patti Davis for her validation in the cold case, The Boy in the Box also known as America's Unknown Child.

It was comforting to know that this unknown child who suffered so much in life and was callously discarded has now been placed in a beautiful resting place under the watchful eye of  caretakers, the people of Philadelphia the nation and the many souls we bring along with us to the final resting place of the people we love.

I'm still sorting out the information, messages and emotions of this trip, but I did want to share the experience with you.  Many of you are ready to expand your gifts, and I encourage you to do so. Experiences with spirit can't always be expressed in words, but rather, through the intelligence and emotion of the heart space.

Today, I invite you to consider following the ebb and flow of your gifts.  The journey is one of the most rewarding, healing and beautifully peaceful one you will ever have.

Angels and Guides at Work

Have you ever had the experience of being fearful about a situation and then after it's over, you say to yourself "Wow, that was easy, fun, or wonderful"?  You can be assured that your angels and guides helped to make the experience or situation a more pleasant one for you and all concerned.  If you feel yourself becoming anxious or fearful, do ask your angels and guides to help you.  They will always come with loving energy, guidance and support.
