Time to tune in…

untitled

Are you looking for inspiration on the go? Recently, I’ve been listening to the handy on the go Abraham Hicks Vortex Attraction Guided Meditations App by NY Times best-selling authors Esther and Jerry Hicks.  The app  includes five ideal meditations to keep you healthy and maintain your ability to create and manifest from your sacred space.  Each meditation is about 15 minutes and there are both written and audio versions with explanations on how to use the series of meditations for maximum effect.  I like these meditations because all you do is release, relax and breath while you listen to the gentle guidance and music. Sometimes, I skip over instructions, but you will want to be sure and listen or read over the instructions which are brief and provided for your benefit.  I’m so glad they have made this information available in app form so that I can take it along on trips or anywhere I need to take a few minutes to release stress.
Do you prefer a book/CD form?  No worries, visit Amazon.
Relax, release, repeat as often as needed.
Have a beautiful weekend (and holiday -Memorial Day weekend here in the U.S.) wherever you are!
Margaret

Water

“Water does not resist. Water flows. When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress. Water is not a solid wall, it will not stop you. But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it. Water is patient. Dripping water wears away a stone. Remember that, my child. Remember you are half water. If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it. Water does.”
Margaret Atwood, The Penelopiad

One of the first questions I ask my clients when they come to me for Reiki or any other energy session, is "how much water do you drink?"  Many will say "I don't know", or "I should really drink more water", or "I don't like the taste of water."  I have to admit that sometimes I look for better ways to remind me to drink water, especially if I'm not reading and working with my clients or working out that day. Here are a few gentle suggestions to help you enjoy water and remember to drink it!

Add fruit, infused tea, herbs, or any natural flavoring you have to your water to add flavor and electrolytes to your water.  Look for containers that have filters in them or add your own.  These are all glass pictured above and are fun and portable.

Here's what I prepared my water bottles this morning: Strawberries, infused green tea, concentrated Lingonberry (1 teaspoon) These are only suggestions. Try something new and colorful!

If you're water tastes "funny" to you, try installing an RO(reverse osmosis) water filtering system which I highly recommend as It really pays off long term, using tap filters, ozonating or adding a natural flavor to your water. There are also water testers available at your local hardware store. We've noticed that when our friends drink water at our home, they really love it because it does go through the RO system and there is no aftertaste.

I urge you to keep your drinking glasses and containers clean and dry when you aren't using them and remember to use materials that are safe.  Not all water containers are equal, so please be safe and do your homework.

Consider bringing your water from home with you, and have it ready ahead of time.

I hope you'll be inspired, especially if you feel drawn to drinking more water.  Your body knows, and I invite you to pay attention to the signals it may be giving you.

May you be joyful, well,in the flow with your intuition and life.  Allow the energy of water to help.

Free May Affirmations and a share...

Hi Everyone!

I'm so excited that it's the first day of May! The torrential rain has passed and the sun shines brightly over PA today.  I've written a few affirmations especially for you with the help of my guides and I hope you will enjoy using them as much as I enjoy sharing them with you.  Feel free to put them on your desktop, or print them and place wherever you can see and say them out loud throughout your day.  Pick one or more to use as you need.  Saying them aloud gives your intention voice and reaffirms your desire from your heart space.  It's best to use the one(s) you are drawn to as that is the one best for you at this moment. As always, these are suggestions and I encourage you to create your own to use if you feel the need to.

A share...

When I was around 4 years old, we moved from a city environment to my grandmother's house which had beautiful outdoor spaces to play, explore, and experience a more natural setting.  This really set my young imagination free and I began having "imaginary" animal playmates. The most frequent were the wild ponies, the lone wolf, and a variety of wild cats and exotic birds. This began my love for animals and their wisdom. Later, as an adult, I realized that these were animal spirits sharing valuable information with me about love, wisdom, and their world. Throughout my life they have shown up to heal, guide and support me.  The wild ponies show up to urge me to break free of what is harmful to me or doesn't serve my life purpose and to release any habits, thoughts, ancestral or past life patterns that hold me back.  The lone wolf gives me courage, strength and a vigilant and keen awareness.  The wild cats appeal to my restless spirit and encourage me to learn, question, wonder, and explore.  The birds encourage me to enjoy the seasons, pay attention to my own navigational system- my intuition- and to voice the song of my soul.

These types of experiences are common among children and are sometimes ignored by adults.
Imagination is the first step to acknowledging and receiving your guides and intuition from your higher self into your life. Their help is always positive, gentle and helpful. It's never to late to open your imagination, acknowledge your intuition and align yourself with loving and kind energy of the light.

When you open up your heart space to imagination and guidance, it makes room for so many new ideas, experiences, and new people to help you learn and grow. Recently, when I let go of all the harmful people and experiences in my life, I gained new insight, exciting new opportunities and new friends to enjoy.  Doors that had been closed in the past now begin to open and divine wisdom and timing have given me new insight and help  along my path of service.

Enjoy the upcoming weekend, your affirmations and remember to take time to...Imagine, let go, and lead with your intuition!

Love, love, love your life, your gifts, and the chance to begin again, every day.

Margaret Elizabeth
